From the publication: "Storytelling" is a book by composer and pianist Olovson and includes the sheet music for the nine piano compositions from his album, Storytelling. For the album he collaborated with visual and animation artists such as María Medem, Gabriel Böhmer and Anna Budanova to create unique and visually astounding music videos. Together with the sheet music the book includes illustrations taken from these music videos as well as photographs taken by fashion and art photographer Eliot Hazel. "As I started writing this collection of music it reminded me of my childhood. I thought of my grandparents and the bedtime stories I used to hear. At some point the line between memory and fairy tale blurred. Reality and imagination began to play together and I became caught-up in a world of imagery and characters. A new universe of stories developed and from this process came the compositions and ideas for Storytelling." - Olovson
