If Konst/ig Books has delivered the wrong item or a damaged item, or
where the shipped item has disappeared during transportation, the you

law, a private person has right of complaint regarding a product within

Your complaints must include at least the following information:

Returns may take place only when your complaint has been registered
and return instructions have been received from us. You are entitled
to return incorrect/defective products at Konst/ig's expense, provided
that you comply with our instructions. Returns may not be made against
payment on delivery.
