    Description

    Article no.: 9789187733024

Special edition of ”In Marfa: The Inde/Jacobs Gallery”. The book documents the collaboration between the architects, Claesson Koivisto Rune and their client Vilis Inde, in the creation of the Inde/Jacobs Gallery in Marfa, Texas.

Marfa was the home of Donald Judd, and also a site for the monumental desert installations by Judd. Marfa has since the death of Judd in 1994 transformed into a center for artistic practises placing the gallery in the very heart of the intenational art world.
Claesson Koivisto Rune not only designed the gallery and residence but also a number of pieces of furniture and objects specificily for the project.
